Standard Lead Info

Sonic Leads come through online form submissions and always meet the following criteria:

  • Exclusive to you as the individual buyer

  • Opt-in inquiry to learning more about health insurance

  • Delivered in real-time to your designated lead destination*

Our systems route Sonic Leads using the standard filters above and the custom filters that you select. 

  • Lead Routing happens instantly when we receive a lead prospect’s information, and delivery is pursuant to the specifications & filters that have been selected for a buyer’s active lead campaign.

  • Lead Assortment is based on round-robin delivery to guarantee that a lead campaign's activity position in our router’s queue objectively determines the order in which leads are received.

  • Lead Delivery is final at the time of fulfillment (unless disconnected), and a credit is automatically deducted from an active lead campaign's selected available balance(s).

*Typically, lead routing to lead delivery happens within 10 seconds of a form submission, but Sonic Leads are always delivered within 24 hours of us having received a lead prospect's new information.

Disconnected Numbers

We validate every submitted phone number through third-party phone carrier Lookup Software that confirms it is connected prior to that lead info being sold & delivered. However, disconnected phone numbers are still delivered from time to time due to delays in a phone carrier's Live Telco Data information. For these cases, we offer account credit(s) once the number has been reported and is confirmed by Sonic to be disconnected. Please note that any dial-through fax line is considered a connected number.

Remember, submitting a disconnected number is different than submitting a lead with the ‘wrong information’. There are many interpretations of what is considered the wrong information or a bad number for a given lead, so we want to be clear that we only issue lead credit for leads that have verifiable disconnected numbers.

*Please note, any lead that is returned and that is verified to have a disconnected phone number must also have an invalid email address in order to receive a full lead credit. If the lead with the verified disconnected phone number contains a valid email, you will only receive 50% of the lead’s purchase value in credit.

Determinations on disconnected number requests are final, and any credit(s) owed will be automatically added back to the user account that purchased the lead after it has been verified. We are committed to providing top-quality leads and to making sure we properly communicate the policies that best support our services.

The table above shows a household size x annual income breakdown and visually represents how leads are assigned a Federal Poverty Level score. Sonic uses this score as a mapping tool that is integrated with your office's pricing specifications. Please note that office pricing is subject to weekly updates and is based on changes in market & user activity. We will always communicate pricing changes across agent update channels.
